Arrival: Please arrive no later than 2:30pm, but no earlier than 1pm.

Things To Know

Gates to parking open at 1pm (No parking before 1pm, so do not arrive earlier)

We encourage carpooling and designated drivers. Parking is $10 for cars & $30 for RVs and Buses. PLEASE HAVE CASH!

Runners/Walkers – Please wear your bibs from the time you arrive until after the run.

Spectators are welcome to attend the event and support you and may purchase Bad Ass Beer Run merchandise, refreshments, beer and food.

Our 1st & 2nd place finishers will be awarded a special medal at an award ceremony at 5pm.

Bag check will be available for $2 at the merchandise tent.

This is not a timed run. This is a run for Fun, Food & BEER! No clocks!

Early Packet Pickup

Need a friend or spouse to pick up your packet for you?

No problem! Just send them to packet pick up with these THREE (3) ITEMS – THIS FORM signed by you, a photo copy of your State or Federal ID, & a copy of your registration confirmation Email. ALL MUST BE PRINTED OUT COPIES.

Strict rules apply for packet pick up if you want someone else to pick up for you. This also includes spouses. DO NOT bring a picture in your phone of the form, this WILL NOT be accepted.

***Note: If you registered for a friend/spouse and they have not yet signed their waiver, you cannot pick up for them. They must pick up and sign race waiver.

 

IMPORTANT

All event participants and attendees must sign our Event Waiver Release when you register at Active. If you did not sign when you registered,
Please print out
Event Waiver, sign it and bring it with you to the event.

Registration is open to all ages for participation in this event. There are no age restrictions for spectators,
but if your under 18 years of age you need to be accompanied by an adult.

Both our attendees 21 and over & those under 21 will be provided with a color coded wrist band and required to keep it on throughout the event, as well as a color coded wrist band for those under age of 21. A special wrist band will also be provided for Designated Drivers (DD). We ask DD’s to announce their arrival at check in.

All participants, spectators, and volunteers are required to have a Government-issued photo ID on their person at all times.
Expired ID’s or Driver’s Licenses will NOT be accepted. We can’t stress enough the importance of bringing your very own personal designated driver!

No Refunds / Rain or shine the run goes on.

This race is not a certified 5k course, this race is NOT timed.

We are hereby informing participants of the need to consult with a physician for a physician’s approval for participation in the Event. We also recommended that participants should have a yearly or more frequent physical examination with their physician to make sure you don’t have any limitations regarding amount of physical activity and exercise you participate in. Participants need to have either a physical examination or have been given physician’s permission to participate in the Event.
YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED!!

Intoxicated notice: All participants, spectators, and volunteers of the Bad Ass Beer Run are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe, responsible means of transportation before leaving the event. If you are intoxicated before entering the event, entrance may be denied to the event. If you get intoxicated at the event and cause a disturbance of any kind you may be asked to leave the event and may be subject to further consequences.

This event will benefit: The Camino Community Action Committee

The Camino Community Action Committee (CCAC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to preserve Camino, California’s community traditions, history, and architecture. The CCAC hosts the yearly National Night out event for its community, along with suppling services to those with in the community with needs they can’t meet themselves. This committee also provides scholarships to students with its community’s schools and provides their schools with much needed funds and supplies.
